Our Returns Policy We hope that you will be completely satisfied with the products that you purchase from us. Every effort is made to ensure the quality and timely delivery of the goods you have ordered. We do accept, however, that there may be a need for Customers to return products to us under some circumstances. This information will help you and us to ensure this process is completed as quickly as possible. Normally, for food safety reasons, food ingredients CAN NOT be returned. Please order carefully. Orders can be changed or cancelled up to the point of shipping. Circumstances If your goods are are damaged when you receive them, then you should notify the shipper immediatly. Please contact us with the information as well so that replacement product can be shipped as soon as possible. The damaged goods may need to be picked up by the shipping company for verification of the damage. Wrong Item Shipped. If we shipped the wrong item, we will request that the wrong item be returned for verification at our cost. The correct item will shipped. We can not accept returns for incorrect orders. Lost or Missing Deliveries If you are waiting for goods from us that you think may be overdue, then please check the delivery dates first. You will have received an email confirming when the goods were despatched. Depending on your chosen shipping method, your goods should be with you within a maximum of 10 working days. If this date has passed, and you have received an email from Ingredient Experts advising you the goods were dispatched, then your order may have been lost. Once you have established the goods were dispatched and the delivery period is now exceeded then please contact us. We will track the package for you and advise you of its present status. What to do next Once you have determined the need to return the goods then you must immediately contact us. Please state the reason for return. We will advise you of how to return the goods to us, including the address to which the goods should be sent. In all instances you should include the following information with the goods: All returns must have a returns authorization number (RMA). Contact us for the RMA number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Details of your order number and the reason for the return; In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault; Wrap the item securely in its original packaging; Send the package recorded to the address we gave you. Following inspection of the returned goods we will issue a refund (using the original payment method) or send a replacement item, as appropriate. Please allow 10 working days for refunds to reach your account. |
